1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Designora Inc. ("Designora", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Designora application and website. By accessing the platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms.
2. User Intellectual Property & Designs
You retain full, exclusive ownership of all content, text, artwork, vector designs, photos, and materials that you upload, compose, or export using Designora. We claim no intellectual property rights over your designs. You may use all exported assets for personal, commercial, client, and resale projects without royalty obligations.
3. Platform License & Templates
Designora grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. All Designora stock vector templates, geometric assets, icons, and software components are original works protected by international copyright laws.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions (Designora Pro and Designora Business) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upgrades take effect immediately upon server-side payment verification.
5. AI Tools Usage & Fair Play
Users agree not to generate illegal, hateful, defamatory, or abusive content using Designora’s Generative AI tools. Automated scraping or reverse engineering of the Designora canvas engine is strictly prohibited.
